The notice of receiving and transportation management is as follows. Please inform the customer that the shipper's guarantee is required for all goods going to Nepal through Calcutta or hardia. Please know!

 

For all cargo going to Nepal through Calcutta or hardia, please add the process of confirmation with the shipper when receiving the order and booking.

 

1. Please confirm with the customer whether the goods going to Calcutta and hadea are transshipment goods to Nepal;

 

2. If the goods are confirmed to be Nepalese goods, please ask the consignor to issue a letter of guarantee to confirm that the Nepalese consignee will return the empty containers to the empty container yard or CFS designated by COSCO within the free period. If the Nepalese consignor cannot return the empty containers to the empty container yard within the free period, the consignor will bear the corresponding local DND and additional costs.
