1. Power of attorney
After accepting the quotation, the client shall submit the power of attorney to our company in the form of power of attorney. The power of attorney shall include the following contents: information of consignor and consignee, name of port of origin and destination, box type, product name, gross weight, volume, delivery date, etc.
2. Booking
After receiving the letter of entrustment, our company will book the shipping space with the shipping company. When booking the shipping space, we will choose the best route according to the client's requirements. After the successful booking, our company shall inform the client in time.
3. Box making
The motorcade obtains the equipment handover list, and takes the containers from the yard to the consignor's factory for loading, or the consignor directly sends the goods to the yard or warehouse designated by our company for packing.
4. Customs declaration
The client provides the customs declaration information to our company, and our company will transfer the customs declaration information to the customs broker for review. After the review, the customs broker will make export declaration to the customs, and the customs will release the goods after passing the review.
5. Confirmation of bill of lading
Prepare the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm it with the client to ensure that the content of the bill of lading is accurate and consistent with the client's requirements.
6. Payment
Our company will send the fee confirmation sheet to the client, and the client will pay the relevant fees to our company after confirmation.
7. Sign the bill
Issue B / L according to client's request.
